Exchange & Return Policy
If your item does not fit we offer a single exchange for the same style shoe and design at a different size. We do this at our own cost to ensure you, our customer, have the best fit possible.
1) Write us and let us know you need an exchange and the new size.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and have processed it. If an exchange is not approved, and we have received your product and it is in the original condition, we may at our discretion issue a refund versus an exchange. For a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your item is lost or damaged in shipping or is not in acceptable condition due to a defect in manufacturing, we will be happy to send you another pair. If you would prefer a refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item when you send it to us. We will ship the exchanged item to you at our costs. For returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchanged item. Getting the product returned to us is your responsibility so please choose the best method, with tracking number, that you feel comfortable with.
